Researches show that brands with more than 1000 followers received on average 21.21 interaction per post, however the accounts with less than 1000 followers showed a dramatic number wherein a post with 11#hashtag received an average of 77.66 interactions.

 

 

Well the above results show the behaviour of users on instagram wherein the users want to discover, share the images they are interested in, and the right number of #hashtags will improve the engagement and make the post more discoverable in the search. However it’s recommended to not go #hashtag crazy.

As Google+ is Google social media it gives #hashtags inclusion in search and made it more convenient for researches to do a more comprehensive research.
